Sunset Grill in Niagara on the Lake, is a great place for breakfast, lunch and as they have opened their location later, for dinner as well. Staff and owners are friendly and courteous!

It's a nice breakfast place. Quick and nice service.

Fast service, food was fresh and tasty. COVID-19 measures are observed and practiced. Tables and chairs are spaced apart and they're being wiped after every customer.

As a tourist from outside the country, it was great to find a meal the wasn't $20 or $30 a person. As a US tourist, it hurts the sodas do not come with refills. But, that aside the tuna and club were absolutely delicious, our waiter was frinedly, and seated quickly. That's a little out of order but what I'm trying to say is: eat here. You won't regret it.

Tasty If they are able to maintain this quality - hard to beat. The front door is accessible and the washrooms have door openers. If sunset grill can be accessible - why not every new place.Everyone should eat here .

The Sunset Grill was super cute, Modern and fairly priced. Came here for lunch and ordered breakfast. It was delicious. And try the Peameal ham. I am from the U.S.A. and it's nothing like we get at home. It was outstanding. 💜💜💜

Niagara on the lake location very clean and staff very friendly!!! Go once a month and always ask for Theresa to serve. She is very efficient and always tops your coffee up😀. I would recommend this location!!

Patio was not too busy on Canada Day, merely Saturday down for 15 minutes after the drinks and food were served, the glasses and plates were at least 40% filled, the server came over to ask “are you done?” And cleared the table without allowing you to even realize what was the question, the bills were presented in the next 30 seconds! No routine question about how were the items, any coffee, etc....We then realized why the patio was not busy in the hot summer, at around 530pm. Might not be related to the food quality, as we didn’t even have the time to taste! Better just get a coke from next door!!

For the price it’s actually quite wonderful to have breakfast here. Prices are sometimes expensive but the food served here was worth it. Recommend ordering Pancakes and Coffee.

The waitress served our table was horrible. We were enjoying our time to having the meals there, but the waitress was in big hurry to interrupt and ask us how to get the bill when we just started eating and interrupted us again by handing the bills and explaining the payment method. The point was that we never asked for the bill... and she just constantly doing this and giving us a feeling that we need to eat up fast and leave there. Never go there again and the waitress needs to be trained well about how to serve properly. First time experienced such treatment at a restaurant for 11 years living in Canada.

Great place at reasonable prices for breakfast

Food is ok, but service.... worst and ever seen before. I just stand there over 5 minutes waiting someone can take me seat, nobody. If u guys at the busy time that’s ok, not a big deal. Staffs stand at the cashier and talking each other, like my standing was wasting their precious time. If you guys wanna talk, just remove the notice board I can self-served. Don’t treat your customer like a idiot. Went to the other sunset never had such bad experience. Won’t come back.

Went in for a quick bit, the service was good. The waitress forgot and mixed up a drink but it was ok. Mostly a breakfast menu but there were options of sandwiches and more. I recommend the salmon cream cheese bagel. The bagel came on the side. It was delicious! Loads of salmon too!

My go to breakfast place on the weekend. Always fast, friendly service, even if the place is full. Don't worry about a small line, you'll be seated in a couple of minutes.

You need to be ready for crowds, but for a great breakfast in Niagara-on-the-lake the Sunset Grill is really hard to beat. The staff are friendly, food is really good, and the prices reasonable. But if you are at peak breakfast or lunch times, even mid-week, be prepared for a wait to be seated; the food is well worth the wait!

Food was bad, service was bad, and the experience was bad. Really don't recommend this place.

Great food and excellent service. My wife said their Cheeseburger was the best she ever had. Tuna salad was very good.

My peameal bacon are same thickness as my fork if not thinner and my potatoes are 80 % burnt skins and barely any potatoes. Local NOTL

Had a wonderful experience! Super friendly service matched by the the delicious food. My parents, who are on a low-carb diet, really enjoyed the varied menu options. I, still in my youth, got to fully enjoy pancakes and sausage

In compare with the other branch we have tried in mississauga, I think they are a bit lower in quality and the prices are a bit higher than toronto branch . But overall ; I think this place is great for a quick tasty bite! Friendly staff and quick service . Very clean environment.

While most people wouldn't think to visit a chain breakfast restaurant in NOTL, this is really your best option for a classic breakfast. The food here is quite tasty and exceeded expectations. The staff are all really friendly and attentive, food comes out fast and coffee is really good. It's difficult to find a middle of the road breakfast spot downtown NOTL, this is great for a quick and filling breakfast.

Sunset Grill at the Niagara-on-the -lake - on the Queen Street serves all the best food, the bread are fresh , egg are cooked just right , pancake is yummy. I also ordered the Classic Burger , were there after the lunch time, burger cooked with all the right taste not too salty and with the beef burger taste. The staff working there are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to go there for breakfast, lunch or snack.

This is my kind of place. Their whole philosophy is about fresh high quality ingredients prepared to order and the result is delicious. As Brits, we find the service superb (as across most places in North America). Put it all together with very reasonable prices and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve been to the restaurant a couple times and in both occasions the person doing my eggs has been on the phone while cooking... both times my eggs were over cooked. Otherwise... good service

Fast service. Clean tables. Friendly staff. All day bfasts have 3 eggs though and u can't do 2.

I sat there for 10 minutes and not one server came to hand me a menu, ask for my drink... nothing. They weren't even busy or full. I watched as they sat a couple beside me and immediately got their drink order and two minutes later, they took their food order. A family came in after that and were immediately served. Three different servers just walked back and forth past my table and never said a word to me. They knew I was there because when I walked in, one of them told me to go ahead and sit anywhere I'd like. I sat near counter, towards the front - I did not sit at some obscure, dark table in the back. I'd hate to think this treatment is because I'm a black woman, but I don't know what else it could be.After ten minutes of being invisible, I left. If I ever come back, I know where not to go.

How do you take two parking spots and turn them into a garden oasis? Well head to the Sunset Grill NOTL to enjoy a relaxing and delicious dining experience. The food and service was excellent, even during these trying times. NOTL should be proud and thankful for this local business for breathing life into the town's main core. Well done!

I was surprised to see Sunset Grills on main street of Niagara on the Lake. Usually you do not see brand name food franchise. Anyway, I'm familiar with Sunset Grill and every often go to the one in Oakville by Whole Food plaza.No matter whichever Sunset Grill you go to, the formula and the menu is the same. Traditional but not very healthy food. I like and always order egg, bacon, hash brown + rye bread toasts.Their coffee is really good and re-fill is free. Usually the cost per person is from low of $8 to high if $12-$15for all day breakfast.This Sunset Grill was very busy, and I guess it was due to being Saturday in Niagara on the Lake and the fact that prices are well below other restaurants.So, I do recommend this place, as long as you are not extremely health conscious.

I stopped in here for an early solo breakfast while in the area. The service was good and the food was quick and tasty. Consistent with my expectations from The chain.
